Capturing your pet on paper.

One of my earliest childhood memories is of me (as a toddler) and my black and white canine companion ‘Rose’.

Rose was my protector and would pull at my diaper to keep me from wandering out of the yard.  I dearly loved her.  This was the start of my deep connection with animals and continues to grow with each one that comes into my life.

I really love being commissioned to draw a beloved pet, whether it is a dog, cat, bird, horse, goat, pig, etc.  Seeing the pet come to life on my drawing board is so amazing to watch. To me, this is a huge responsibility and brings me the greatest joy and satisfaction to see the completed drawing and the owners response to seeing their beloved pet drawing!
