I’m fortunate to live in an area with abundant wildlife. Seeing the deer, especially in the spring with the new fawns is absolutely breathtaking. One day my garage door was open for a while and a doe placed her fawn in the garage for safety. I didn’t notice this until after I had closed the garage door and then went back out later. I heard movement and jumped and I don’t know who was more startled, me or the fawn. The fawn was successfully reunited with the mother.
